Women`s Work {The final draft}

    Women`s work is an important argumentative topic for talking about.We found that the number of working women in the Egyptian society is increased.Absolutely,some people agree with this phenomenon and others disagree with it.We will talk about the reasons for each opinion in this essay.

            On the one hand,some people agree with the work of woman for some reasons such as;{Money,Divorce,Flexibility,Self-confidence}.Moneyis one of the reasons for woman to work ,as woman works to help her family,her husband if she is married and provide high standard of living for her children.Divorce is another reason.Women who are divorced especially if they haven`t got any babies,would feel lonely, because they haven`t any thing to do.So,she begins looking for a job to change the style of her life and make herself busy to get ride of the feeling of loneliness.Another reason is flexibility,working woman is flexible,because her work gives her the opportunity to make contacts with other people.Unlike woman at home deals only with her family and other relatives and when she meets new people,she would find some difficulties in dealing with them.The last reason is increasing self-confidence.
      
          On the other hand,some people disagree with the work of woman for some reasons such as;Home duties ,because some women don`t balance between the work and their family due to lack of time and emotional feelings and the result of this is the lack of love and supervision of children.Those children when they are growing into adults,they have lack of loving family and are ill educated how to raise a family and be good parents in the future.Another reason is that woman faces many problems in her work in the public sector that they are rarely obtaining temporarily permits,so they are forced to resort to a rigid sick to request leaving without paying,while in the private sector ,this can be hardly determined due to the variability from place to place and the absence of the laws of salaries and there is not balance between salaries and the nature of work.Another reason is the society`s point of view on the working woman .In the public sector women are receiving the best chance of appreciation,respect and less criticism from the society.While in the private sector ,the society`s view is unfair.In most cases back to the community`s mind and stories from the media which is full of mixing that they think that it affects woman`s reputation.So,this view makes many womens are prevented from working whether in the public or the private sector.An example of it,I once watched an episode of a programme on TV talk about the women`s work.There was a young man possibly in his early 20`s said that he will not allow his wife to work ,because he believed that a woman`s place is her home.
     
          In my opinion,i agree with the work of woman.So,to say that women should stay at home is a wrong thing"in my opinion" and is said by people who only thinks of themselves because our country needs us .We are the driving force behind its progress.So,we all need to work together no matter,a man or woman.
